She studied business and marketing at Makerere University Business School, then founded Prism, a marketing agency built around visibility, market presence, and the discipline of taking ideas into the world. It was inside that work — hiring and rehiring talent for project after project — that she saw the pattern that would become her life's work: brilliant people existed, but the system to prepare, trust, place, and manage them did not. Kolaborate was born from that gap.

Kolaborate became her flagship: a platform and managed-workforce system connecting African digital talent to work across the continent and beyond. The premise is clear — talent is not the problem. Trust, structure, exposure, readiness, and delivery systems are the missing bridge.

She works with what she calls shoshin — beginner's mind — the discipline of staying curious, open, and unattached to how things have always been done. Her own line says it best: "I do not code. I innovate for those who can." Her gift is not being the specialist inside every function. It's seeing the whole system, then building around the people the system has overlooked.

The work is not separate from the life. Financial independence is a foundation, not a finish line — the ground from which real freedom of mind, body, spirit, and means becomes possible.
