    Medium

Pearl D. Gakazi is a Ugandan founder, builder, and systems thinker working across African talent, enterprise, markets, and the future of work. After studying business and marketing at Makerere University Business School and founding Prism, she built Kolaborate to address a gap she kept encountering: brilliant people with no trusted system to connect them to the opportunities they deserved. Her work is rooted in shoshin — beginner's mind — and a clear conviction: potential is not enough unless the structure around it can carry it into the world.
